Today I want you to start collating ideas for an essay on representation of people groups in the media.
We are going to focus on NZ to start.
TASK:
1. Read this article;
2. Create a blog tool to show your findings for research purposes. Make some notes on the key points in this article relating to minority groups being represented in TV and FILM in NZ and the success of this. How far have we come? What are some good examples of NZ being more racially inclusive in it's content? How have these shows been received? Who is making them?
